Treatments
Here you can find and book sessions of Usui or Angelic Reiki accompanied by Crystal Healing from the comfort of your own home for yourself, a loved one, or a beloved pet.
You can choose whether this sessions will be delivered remotely, meaning that I perform this treatment by proxy in my own home, whilst you remain in your home; or in person at our physical store at 19 Fisher Street, Carlisle, Cumbria.

distance treatments
Distance Reiki can be sent to anyone, anywhere, and received in the comfort of your own home. It works using the Hermetic Law of Similarity which holds that we are all made of energy; all connected and part of a greater consciousness. It can be extremely powerful as the healing energy is sent via "beaming", held with immense intention.
After purchasing any session, I ask that you please send me an email via the website to arrange a suitable time and date for your healing session to take place. If the treatment is meant as a gift, please let me know the contact details for the person for whom it is intended. 90 minute Distance Usui Reiki & Crystal Healing Session- £40
Reiki is a gentle energy-healing technique that promotes relaxation, and supports emotional and physical well-being. By channeling universal energy, Reiki helps to balance your body's energy centers, encouraging a sense of harmony and peace.
Prior to the session, we will communicate via email to discuss all that your session will include and what to expect. You will be asked if there is anything in particular that you would like help with, and you can disclose as much or as little as you feel comfortable doing.
During the session, you will be asked to lay down somewhere comfortable and where you will not be disturbed in your own home.
This session is entirely remote, so there will not be any video call or phone call, to allow you to be fully comfortable and rested.
I will begin by invoking the sacred Usui Reiki symbols- including the powerful Distance symbol, to allow energy to be transmuted to you.
Your chakras will be checked prior to me chanelling the Reiki, where I will use my crystal pendulum to assess whether each chakra is in balance and I will make notes on this which you will receive a copy of at the end.
I will then select the most appropriate crystals for your session, placing them where they are needed on a board which will act as a proxy, before chanelling the Reiki for the majority of the session.
I will make notes of all of the intuitive messages that I receive during the session, letting you know these also, before finishing with another chakra assessment.
Following the session, you will be sent photos of the healing space, the crystals that I used, and have extensive, personalised notes sent to you. There will also be unlimited time for you to ask questions afterwards.

90 minute Distance Angelic Reiki & Crystal Healing Session- £44
Angelic Reiki is a tranquil and powerful healing modality that works at a Soul level, with the highest energies, love and wisdom of the Angels, treating the root cause of any condition, bringing about healing and balance on all levels.
This session is much the same as the Usui Reiki & Crystal Healing Session (please see the column to the left for more details of what this session will include), however channels a more refined energy.
The energy invoked will be that of Angelic Reiki. I, as the practitioner, hold the space safely: becoming a channel through which the Angelics can easily deliver just what you require and more.
Angelic Reiki is an advanced form of healing that came in on the new wave of consciousness in 2002. It is a complete system that balances the energies, allowing the body, mind and soul to reconnect and harmonise, which in turn brings a reduction in stress.
Angelic Reiki is the only healing system that has a specific Sacred Symbol for viruses.

90 Minute Distance Usui or Angelic Reiki Pay in Advance; 4 Sessions- £135
This is a discounted rate for 4 healing sessions: the times and dates of which will be arranged independently.
This is a saving of £25, making individual sessions £33.75 each.
The amount of sessions that you are likely to require depends on the reason that you are booking the healing. If you are hoping to experience the profound relaxation that Reiki can give, this can of course be given as frequently as you wish.
You may wish to have Reiki to alleviate existing symptoms and/or pains, in which case I would recommend at least 4 sessions with around 2 weeks to a month in between each.
In person treatments
These sessions will be performed in person at our brick and mortar store at 19 Fisher Street, Carlisle, Cumbria.
To book an in person session, I ask that you please send me an email via the website to arrange a suitable time and date for your healing session to take place. If the treatment is meant as a gift, please let me know the contact details for the person for whom it is intended. Please note that availability for in person sessions will be less than remote sessions as this is a shared holistic treatment room.

75 minute In Person Usui Reiki & Crystal Healing Session- £40

Prior to the session, we will have a chat to discuss all that your session will include and what to expect. You will be asked if there is anything in particular that you would like help with, and you can disclose as much or as little as you feel comfortable doing.
During the session, you will be asked to lay down on the treatment bed or sit in a comfortable seat if this is more appropriate for you. You will remain fully clothed throughtout the session.
After cleansing the space and setting our intentions, I will begin by invoking the sacred Usui Reiki symbols to allow energy to be transmuted to you. Your chakras will be checked prior to me chanelling the Reiki, where I will use my crystal pendulum to assess whether each chakra is in balance. I may make notes on this to discuss with you at the end, but I will most likely continue to channel the energy and tell you from memory.
I will then select the most appropriate crystals for your session, placing them where they are needed on your body, before chanelling the Reiki for the majority of the session.
At the end, I will check your chakras again and sweep away any energy that no longer serves you.
There will then be time for us to discuss the session and for you to ask questions.
