A one-to-one crystal sound bath healing session is an intimate, soothing experience designed to promote deep relaxation and healing using the vibrations of crystal singing bowls and other sound tools.

The session begins in our peaceful treatment room, lit with soft candles to create a serene atmosphere. 

You will be given space to  discuss any intentions, concerns, or areas of focus you'd like to work on.  These can be physical, emotional, mental, or spiritual. This helps to set the tone for the session and ensures a personalised experience.

You will lie comfortably on a treatment bed, fully clothed and under a blanket if you wish.  You may also be seated if this is more comfortable for you. You will then be guided to close your eyes, relax, and focus on your breath before crystals are placed on your body to amplify the healing process.

I will then begin to softly play the crystal bowls. The deep, resonant tones of the bowls will wash over you, creating a vibrational "bath" that is felt not only through hearing but also through the body itself.

As the crystal bowls are played, you’ll likely feel the vibrations in your body, especially around the areas where the bowls are focused. These vibrations can help release blockages in energy flow, promote relaxation, and encourage a sense of balance.
Some people experience sensations of tingling or warmth, while others might feel a profound sense of calm and release.
 

This session will flow just as the One to One Crystal Sound Bowl Healing to left shall, however this will be seamlessly followed by your choice of Reiki healing to increase your feelings of serenity and further balance your system. 

Reiki is a gentle energy-healing technique that promotes relaxation, and supports emotional and physical well-being. By channeling universal energy, Reiki helps to balance your body's energy centers, encouraging a sense of harmony and peace.

Angelic Reiki is a tranquil and powerful healing modality that works at a Soul level, with the highest energies, love and wisdom of the Angels. It treats the root cause of any condition, bringing about healing and balance on all levels.
 

Holy Fire® Reiki installs Divine Love into ones soul: a special kind of love that is more highly refined and has a higher level of consciousness than human love. The use of the word holy is not intended to have a religious meaning but has as its roots in becoming whole and to be complete. Therefore, Holy Fire® is a spiritual energy that creates wholeness through purification, healing, empowerment and inner guidance.

This Reiki releases worry and replaces it with a sense of safety in a most pronounced way; allowing us the deep feeling of being loved and allowing us to develop kindness, patience, joy and peace.

Please do not feel that you must choose a form of Reiki if you are unsure; we can use our intuition in the session.

Return to pure, divine love and serenity with our Holy Fire® Reiki Sacred Love Experience, flowing into our first ever group crystal sound bath, utilising beautiful crystal singing bowls.

Within Holy Fire® Reiki, an attuned practitioner may offer a healing "experience", which is similar to a calming, guided meditation, infused with Reiki healing. This experience will allow you to feel and absorb Sacred Love: a feeling of being completely safe and held, loved completely by the Universe, and an enhancement of your own ability to love.

Although experiences can be offered as a standalone treatment, this evening you will then drift seamlessly into a blissful sound healing.

Everything within the Universe, including our bodies, vibrates at specific frequencies. By introducing sound waves that resonate with the body, healing can occur physically, emotionally and energetically. When sound is applied, it can help to bring the brain into a more relaxed state, such as alpha or theta waves, which are associated with deep relaxation, meditation, and healing.

Due to the intimate nature of the space, places are limited and I encourage you to book early. 

The price is £22 and the session is planned from 7pm to 8:30pm.
