Here you can find that which I am proud of: an explanation of the certificates which I hold in crystal and energy healing, namely Usui, Angelic and Holy Firein likeness to a soothing guided meditation, infused with Reiki healing Reiki, which is lovingly infused to every crystal prior to it being sent to it's forever home.

I am blessed to say that throughout my holistic journey, I have trained and achieved certifications in numerous areas.

Crystal Healing

Crystal healing is a form of holistic therapy focused on the energy-based system. There is a held belief in this practice that we are built up of energies, which over time and through stressful life events, can become stagnant and need cleansing and revitalising in order for us to feel our best selves and vibrate as we should. This is also connected to the fundamentals of our Chakra Systems, originating in India between 1500 and 500 BC.

Crystal healers hold the knowledge of the individual properties of each crystal, which to recommend to users, as well as where to place them for individual's highest and greatest good. Just holding and being near these crystals is therefore thought to affect our own energies on a physical, spiritual and emotional level.

Usui Reiki Masters

Usui Reiki is a Japanese healing modality originally created by Dr. Mikao Usui in the early 20th century. Since then it has been passed down a sacred lineage to myself, shared with me by my incredible Reiki Master Pauline Richards, giving me the strong position of 9th in the lineage.

Reiki can be translated as "universal life force energy", and there is a belief that it has always existed and has been brought to Earth and harnessed by many people throughout human existence.

An attuned practitioner (me!) uses symbols to activate certain aspects of Reiki and to achieve certain methods of healing. I am also able to invoke these symbols into the crystals, amplyifying their healing properties and filling them loving light.

The benefits of Reiki are infinite. These are only a few examples of how receiving Reiki treatments can benefit you.

Reducing stress and promoting relaxation, which helps the body release tension and stress.
Helps to decrease and even rid energy blockages
Help the body cleanse itself of toxins and support/strengthen the immune system
Helps one to feel more grounded and focused
Improved sleep
Pain relief and physical healing
Accelerates physical healing - ie: wounds take less time to heal, tattoos heal faster

Angelic Reiki Master Teacher

Angelic Reiki is a tranquil and powerful healing modality that works at a Soul level, with the highest energies, love and wisdom of the Angels, treating the root cause of any condition, bringing about healing and balance on all levels promoting deep healing.

This beautiful healing was channelled by Kevin Core, through Archangel Metatron, between October 2002 and February 2003 in Yorkshire, England. The system was developed and taught by him and his wife Christine. Kevin and Christine dedicated their lives to teaching Angelic Reiki, Golden Heart Merkabah of Creation and New Shamballa in many countries.

I am proud to say that I am attuned to Level 4 of Angelic Reiki: Angelic Reiki Master Teacher level.

Holy Fire® Reiki I & II

Holy Fire® Reiki is a new form of Reiki that was introduced about three years ago by the International Centre for Reiki Training. It was channeled by William Lee Rand and his team.

Holy Fire® Reiki installs Divine Love into ones soul: a special kind of love that is more highly refined and has a higher level of consciousness than human love. The use of the word holy is not intended to have a religious meaning but has as its roots in becoming whole and to be complete. Therefore, Holy Fire® is a spiritual energy that creates wholeness through purification, healing, empowerment and inner guidance.

This Reiki releases worry and replaces it with a sense of safety in a most pronounced way; allowing us the deep feeling of being loved and allowing us to develop kindness, patience, joy and peace.

Sound Healing Practitioner

Sound healing is a therapeutic practice that uses sound vibrations to promote physical, emotional, and mental well-being.

The body naturally resonates with external frequencies. When exposed to harmonious sound vibrations, the body can synchronize with them, leading to relaxation and healing.

Brainwave entrainment occurs when sound frequencies guide the brain into desired states, such as deep relaxation (theta waves) or heightened focus (beta waves).

Many sound healing practices align with the concept of Chakras, or energy centers in the body. Specific frequencies are thought to correspond to different chakras, helping to clear blockages and restore energy flow.
